Violet’s Photography Studio is a full-service photography studio located in Middle Village, NY. Owned and operated by esteemed photographer Eric Hairabedian, the studio specializes in family and holiday portraits, head shots, weddings, christenings, bar/bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens and other special events. As head photographer at Violet’s, Eric works to incorporate his vast experience and artistic ability into his work at Violet’s. His goal is to provide a unique work product, affordable prices and the utmost customer satisfaction.

Eric Hairabedian was born and raised in Queens, New York. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from SUNY Purchase, and a Master of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts. Today, Eric’s personal portfolio consists of portraits, still life, and architectural interiors and exteriors. Eric has been featured in several photography exhibits, both in the United States and in Europe. He is currently represented by +Kris Graves Projects.

In 2010, Eric co-authored his first photography book with long-time friend and fellow photographer, Kris Graves. “A Queens Affair” documented the development and spirited nature of Queens, New York. Aside from his personal portfolio, Eric photographs commercially for websites, publication and print. Eric has worked on shoots for Nissan, ABC Carpet, Franck Muller and The Guggenheim Museum. In late 2010, Eric opened Violet’s Photography Studio in his beloved hometown. The studio is named after his mother, Violet.
